Cancellation Policy

 

Please read carefully before booking:

​

To cancel your place on any course or workshop, notice of cancellation must be given by email to info@clayboxstudio.co.uk 14 days prior to the start date.

​

• If you cancel 14 days prior to the course or workshop start date, you will receive a full refund minus a £10 administration fee.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course or workshop.

• This is a small business so please plan your bookings carefully as cancellations can have a serious affect on things running smoothly.

   

  Claybox Studio reserves the right to cancel classes and workshops if there are insufficient numbers. In this circumstance we will do our best to offer an alternative or offer a full refund.

If you cannot attend a class for any reason then we will try to add you to another class during the week or as soon as possible. However, due to the small size of the studio this may not always be possible. Please be understanding if this situation occurs.
